1. Bookings & Deposit
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event. Bookings made less than 7 days before the event must be paid in full at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable if cancellation notice is given at least 7 days before the event.


2. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Deposits are refundable with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable and are otherwise at the discretion of Wonderland Catering.


3. Breakages, Loss & Damage
The hirer is responsible for all hired items from the time of delivery until the time of collection. Any breakages, loss, or damage to equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, or decorations will be charged at the full replacement cost in sterling (£).


4. Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection times will be agreed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for late-night collections, difficult access, or extended hire periods.


5. Liability
Wonderland Catering accepts no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property arising from the hire or use of equipment, except where negligence can be proven. Food allergies and dietary requirements must be communicated at least 7 days before the event.
By confirming your booking and paying the deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
